Innovate UK EDGE London online IP strategy workshop

Inngot expert Dr Alison Orr will be talking about IP valuation and licensing in a virtual workshop organised by Innovate UK EDGE London titled ‘Develop an IP strategy to create value for your company’.

The workshop takes place on November 11, 2021, and is targeted at R&D-intensive micro to small sized companies in London who are looking to develop a robust IP strategy that aligns closely with their overall business strategy.

The 1.5 hour workshop kicks off at 10.00am and covers commercial aspects of intellectual property including licensing and valuation, and will provide participants with an overview of various IP resources available to support their business.

In addition to Alison, speakers include Emma Richards from the UK Intellectual Property Office, patent attorney Alex Bone of AA Thornton, and IP, data and privacy lawyer Ben Travers of Stephens Scown.

It will conclude with a Q&A session featuring a panel of company founders sharing their experiences with creating a robust IP strategy.

There will be a two minute silence at 11.00am to mark Armistice Day.
