Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Services: a summary

When you register to use Inngot's services, you will be asked to accept a set of terms and conditions. The main terms can be summarised as follows:

Commencement, term, suspension and termination:

You can cancel at 30 day's notice. Subscriptions are not refundable, but outstanding enquiry credits are. Inngot has certain rights to suspend access to its services, for instance if your registration is found to be untruthful, and can terminate your agreement under certain circumstances, for instance if you defame or infringe another's IP or do not pay sums when due.

Payments and charges:

Inngot may review its charges by giving you prior notice via this website. Some services (principally enquiry credits) expire after 12 months.

Your use of the Services:

You agree not to rely on the information provided by Inngot when entering into any commercial agreement. You must ensure that your registrations are truthful, accurate and up-to-date. If another user questions the veracity or ownership of your IP, you agree to co-operate promptly with Inngot to resolve the issue.

Inngot's obligations:

Inngot seeks to maintain a 24/7 service other than during planned periods of downtime.

Intellectual property:

You agree that Inngot owns the copyright and other IP rights in the Services.

Information disclosure and "Fair Use" policy:

You agree that Inngot may show your contact details to other users when they make enquiries on the database. Inngot will not normally show your identity to companies you search, but will use anonymised information about your enquiries to create insights on search activity generally. You must not "trawl" the entire database, and you must exercise caution over your display settings.
The Terms and Conditions also contain clauses to cover liability, Force Majeure and other standard aspects such as notice provisions, assignments and variations.
