Our free confidentiality agreement and non-disclosure agreement will help you safeguard your ideas

THE INNGOT APPROACH

"Many innovative businesses are reliant on software which is difficult to protect or describe. Inngot provides our members with a means of explaining what makes them special, so that we in turn can bring their IP to the attention of a wider audience."

How we can help

At Inngot, we understand that organisations need to protect ideas and innovations while still being able to exploit them. That's why, to give you a helping hand, we provide a range of document templates you can customise and use, free of charge.
But we don't want to stop there. Your free Inngot registration adds your details to our growing community of innovative organisations, which you can search to find potential partners and collaborators (and they can also use it to find you).
Upgrade to full membership, and you will be able to define and describe your own innovations in our online directory. This creates a searchable record of your ownership, without giving away any sensitive information.
We also offer an indicative valuation service for the IP and intangible assets we help you to identify, called Sollomon. Developed with specialist input from Grant Thornton UK LLP, this is now being adopted by investors and lenders to get a sense of the 'hidden' value in your organisation.
Basic membership and template downloads are free, and creating your organisational profile takes less than five minutes of your time. So start now.
You can read the guidance notes for any of the agreements by clicking on the [usage guide] links below. However, to download the actual templates, you need to be logged into our website.
If you are already an Inngot member, click the Login link, enter your user name and password, then return to this page (Resources > Free downloads)
If you aren't yet a member, click here to join - it's free, and takes just five minutes.
