Martin has held senior roles in a variety of organisations managing large volumes of information since the early 1990s, including director positions with payment guarantee company Transax, credit reference agency Equifax and leading motor industry database HPI (home of the HPI Check). From 2005-2009, Martin was an Enterprise Hub Director, supporting high potential ventures with their fundraising and IP commercialisation.

Iwan holds the Hodge Chair in Asset Finance Law, an area in which he is acknowledged as one of the UK's foremost authorities. He has advised government bodies on aspects of international commercial law and chairs the Business Finance Code of Practice Monitoring Group of the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA).

David has specialised in complex IT projects involving large data volumes in public and private sector environments for over 20 years. He is a technical architect with particular skills in the design, administration and programming of large databases.

Joanne is a customer service professional with over 20 years' senior management experience in a variety of operational roles. She has specialist experience in the credit and travel industries, and her previous directorships include vehicle data specialists HPI and outsourced IT specialists Thesaurus Computer Services.

Jerry Moore - Business Development Director
Jerry acquired over 25 years' experience in city banking before leaving to join Charity Bank in 2007. He has specialised in arranging and syndicating debt finance for private equity clients across a wide variety of technology-based companies, working at Société Générale, Toronto Dominion, Fuji Bank, Hill Samuel and Midland Bank International.
Gareth Lloyd-Jones - Non-Executive Director
Gareth is a business-to-business marketing expert. During the 1990s he built up an agency successfully winning blue chip accounts such as Virgin Atlantic, British Gas, the AA and Yell, subsequently restructured into a full service proposition from idea to finished print. He is also a co-founder of Waste Management Systems, which markets and operates the "Hippo Bag" environmentally friendly waste collection and disposal service.
